Media Space Advertising provides a range of advertising services, including but not limited to Transit Media Advertising, Newspaper Advertising, Magazine Advertising, Radio Advertising, Television Advertising, Cinema Advertising, Non-Traditional Advertising, Outdoor Advertising, Airport Advertising, and Airplane Advertising.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue the use of our website and services.

2. Advertising Services

We offer various advertising services tailored to client needs. All service details, including pricing, scope, and timelines, will be confirmed in the agreement between the client and Media Space Advertising.

  • Transit Media Advertising includes auto rickshaw, bus, cab, train, metro, and other related services.
  • Outdoor Advertising involves billboards, banners, and other out-of-home media formats.
  • Digital Advertising includes digital and OTT platform promotions.

The specifics of each advertising service, including artwork, placement, and duration, will be agreed upon with each client.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services will be discussed on a project-by-project basis and outlined in the service agreement. Typically, we follow a payment structure where 50% is due upon commencement, and the remaining 50% is due after the completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services until payment is received.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by Media Space Advertising for advertising purposes are the property of Media Space Advertising unless otherwise stated. Clients will be granted a limited license to use the advertising material for the specific campaign duration. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their business, products, or services. Media Space Advertising is not liable for any errors or omissions in the client-provided content.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information related to the advertising campaigns confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, client data, and other proprietary information.

7. Limitations of Liability

While we strive to provide the best advertising solutions, Media Space Advertising is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses incurred as a result of using our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Any cancellation of services must be communicated in writing. Refunds will be provided at the discretion of Media Space Advertising based on the stage of the campaign and services already rendered. No refunds will be provided for completed services.

9. Amendments

Media Space Advertising reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
